UK Delivery

Our standard delivery service to all UK addresses is free of charge for all orders over £45. For orders under this amount the deliverychorge is £3.00.  This standard service takes between 2 to 5 days to arrive after an order is placed. If you are in a hurry then we also offer two next day delivery services. All orders placed on a week day before midday will be dispatched on the same day that the order is submitted. If an order is placed after this time it will be sent out on the next working day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

With our standard and next day services deliveries are made on weekdays. With our express next day service deliveries are made on weekdays or on Saturday mornings.

European & Rest of the World Delivery

We offer delivery to all European countries and Rest of the World destinations. Orders placed before midday (UK time) will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after this time will leave us on the following working day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

 

All international orders are sent via a tracked and signed for delivery service.

Delivery: 3-5 working/week days

Rest of World Delivery

Orders containing x1 t-shirt:

Cost: £10.00

Orders containing multiple items, 1 x sweatshirt or 1 x poster:

Cost: £18.00

 

Delivery: 5-7 working/week days

Returns Policy

Not happy with your purchase? No problem, we won't be offended. You can return your order back to us for a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to make a return:

1) Download and complete the following Returns Form >

2) Neatly fold the items that are to be returned, ensuring that all original labels are attached

3) Pack the item(s) securely and include the returns form within the parcel.

4) Send via a tracked delivery service to: The Solitary Cyclist, 68a Station Road, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1LF, UK

Please note that processing delays may occur with any return sent to us without the returns form.

Please also note that all returns are at the customers expense and that The Solitary Cyclist will only take responsibility for the goods once they have been received and not while in return transit.

We ask politely that any returned items meet the following criteria:

1) Any returned item is sent with any original labelling and packaging.

2) Any returned item is sent in an un-washed, un-worn (other than for trying on) condition.

3) Any returned item is neatly folded and pack in a condition suitable for us to potentially re-sell it.

4) Any returned item is devoid of heavy scents, such as from perfume or cooking, and deodorant marks.

Please note that we reserve the right to send any item directly back to you, without refund if we deem that it hasn't arrived back to us in a suitable re-sellable condition.

Refund timescale

We aim to process all refunds within 3 working days of the returned goods arriving back to us. Upon arriving back with us we will check your returns form, original order details and the garment itself. As long as the items are in an acceptable, re-sellable condition we will process your refund and email you refund confirmation.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer exchanges, only refunds. If you require a different size or style secure it by simply re-ordering from our website and return the unwanted garment back to us for a refund.

Defective items

Even though every item from The Solitary Cyclist is processed by one man sometimes slight defects can slip through the quality control process. If you have received an item with a fault please notify us within 7 working days of receipt. We will then typically ask you to return the item back to us for exchange or a refund if the replacement item is no longer in stock.

Returning gifts

If someone has given one of our products to you as a gift and you wish to return it to us the we will need the original purchasers name and order number in order to process a refund. Please include these details on your returns form. Please note that we are only able to refund to the original purchasers payment details. If you require a replacement please liaise with the original purchaser to organise the purchase of a different style or size.
